How do tiers work?

  • Tiers are based on rolling 12-month spend (Member → Silver at $350, Silver → Gold at $700).
  • Perks unlock immediately when you pass a threshold.
  • Tiers are reviewed monthly. If you don’t meet the spend level over the last 12 months, you may move down a tier.

How do I redeem my points?

Do points expire?

Points expire after 24 months of account inactivity (no earning or redeeming). We’ll remind you before points expire.

Can I use points with promo codes?

Yes—points can be combined with most promotions unless a specific offer says otherwise.

What purchases earn points?

Points are earned on merchandise subtotal after discounts (excluding gift cards, taxes, and shipping). Returns will reverse awarded points; redeemed coupons used on returned items are not reinstated automatically.

Any limits on review or social points?

Review points apply to verified purchase reviews. Social follow bonuses are one-time per platform per account.
