Kromski rigid heddle looms: Harp Forte and Presto
Kromski makes two rigid heddle looms, the Harp Forte and the Presto. Both are made in Poland from wood, both warp up quickly, and both weave scarves, towels, wraps, and fabric without the setup of a multi-shaft loom.
Harp Forte or Presto?
The Harp Forte is the larger, more flexible loom. It comes in several weaving widths, accepts an optional double heddle block for finer cloth and doubleweave, and has matching floor stands and bags in each size. The Presto is compact and simple, a good fit for small spaces, beginners, and quick projects. Pick your weaving width first. Heddles, stands, and bags are sized to each loom and width, so check the size on every accessory before you order.
