The Arnavut Tee is a study in textures as inspired by the cobblestoned streets of Istanbul. The body and sleeves are each worked separately in the round from the bottom up, moving from a linear 3x3 rib to two versions of patterned blocks, then joined with an eyelet ‘grate’ yoke ringing the shoulders. The only seams are under the arms.
This is a wonderfully fun pattern to knit up, and uses between 4 - 9 skeins of Monokrom Cotton, depending on your sizing preferances.
The sample image is knit up in Monokrom Cotton colorway #1206.
