How to find a comfortable spinning height

Sit with your feet flat on the treadles. Your knees should be about level with or slightly below your hips, and your hands should draft comfortably in front of the orifice without hunching forward. Most household chairs are either too high or have arms that get in the way. A dedicated spinning stool or chair puts you at the right height with room for your elbows. Check the seat height on each listing against your wheel.
