Designed for comfort. Built for long sessions. The Leclerc Rocking Bench is made for weavers who spend hours at the loom. Its adjustable height, rocking seat, and leg-conscious design help reduce fatigue, improve posture, and support better circulation.
A Better Way to Sit at the Loom
- Adjustable seat height for ideal posture—Set the bench between 21" and 26¾" high. Find the right height for your loom so your elbows stay level with the breast beam, and your hips stay slightly above your knees—helping prevent back strain and discomfort.
- Rocking motion or stable seat—The seat rocks gently with you between 90° and 78°, promoting leg movement and blood flow. Prefer stability? Lock the seat into either of two fixed positions.
- No more seat-edge pressure—A common issue with fixed benches is pressure behind the knees. This bench solves that by tilting the seat to support your legs and eliminate contact with the front edge, especially helpful when treadling.
- Comfortable and spacious—The seat is 12" deep and 24" wide—roomy enough to shift your position and stay relaxed while weaving.
- Optional storage add-on—Add Leclerc Bench Bags (sold separately) to either side for a convenient spot to store tools and accessories.
