Size and Craftsmanship

The Symphony is the largest of Kromski's Saxony-style wheels, with an impressive 24-inch diameter and an orifice height of 27 inches.  Despite its grand dimensions, measuring 43 inches wide, this wheel is surprisingly lightweight at just 15 pounds.  Its sweeping bench and definitive sprawl command attention in any room.

Operational Flexibility

This double-treadle wheel accommodates both single drive mode with Scotch Tension and double drive mode.  It comes complete with an independent, tensioned, arched lazy kate. The meticulous craftsmanship of the Symphony wheel, from its ornate posts and legs to the functional components of the mother-of-all, asserts its timeless beauty.

Enhanced Spinning Possibilities

Enhance your spinning possibilities with the Symphony Jumbo Flyer kits. These allow for variations in yarn creation, ranging from delicate lace-weight to super bulky art yarn, thanks to the larger orifice on the jumbo flyer.  The jumbo bobbin doubles the capacity of a regular Kromski bobbin.  Given that a standard Kromski bobbin surpasses the industry standard by 50%, offering a substantial 4.2-ounce capacity, you can spin two regular bobbins worth without needing a bobbin change.  This allows for longer, uninterrupted drafts for skeins with superior yardage.
